What I’m Wearing: Pretty Midi

140726_London_066 140726_London_008I love midi skirts. Floaty ones, fitted one, colourful ones, patterned ones, any kinda ones! I guess it’s just a style I feel suits me but makes me feel comfortable and not be worrying about wardrobe mulfunctions or anything throughout the day. As much as I love fashion and beauty, I also never want to go out uncomfortable or in something impractical, I just don’t want to be worrying about that when I’m trying to enjoy the day! That means I’m also not great at accessorizing, so skirts like this are great! The pattern speaks for itself so to suit my style, needs minimal effort elsewhere. This is also idea for a HOT day like this!

These picture were all taken by my Dad when we visited London a few weeks ago. He wanted to take me on a walk down the embankment to the Design Museum so I could see all the cool sites. I was impressed, and so was he as there was even more going on that even he expected! It was such a lovely day. We were both snap happy with the London skyline and street festivals going on and had a wonderful day. I’ll be sharing more pictures from that in another post but for now, I just thought I’d share with you guys an outfit that has swiftly become my favourite!140726_London_060 140726_London_092Skirt, top, bag and shoes: Primark   Sunglasses: Topshop   Necklace: my locket with Mum and Dad in it
140726_London_015I love this outfit and also wore it with a more elegant evening black strappy and cardigan set for Scott’s sisters wedding party last weekend. It’s a great interchangeable outfit! As it’s loose and floaty, also means you can eat a LOT of buffet food and it goes nearly unnoticed, hehehe!

    • Hey, thank you so much! I got it less than a month ago so hopefully it would be. I was in the Guildford store so not sure whether they had it in others. I wish they did online, but then I always like trying their stuff on first! Hope you find it 🙂 Thank you for reading and commenting, it means a lot!
