CELEBRATIONS: early birthday treats!

My wonderful friend Hayley has been visiting me in Glasgow the last couple of days. Most of my other flatmates are still at home for the Easter break so it was just us for the day. She arrived mid-morning with brunch, presents and cake in tow and we spent a lovely day chilling out and exploring the Science Museum in Glasgow. SO MUCH FUN.

^^ Look at the cake she made! That girl is super talented!! I actually went to grab my camera which was beside this to take a photo of brunch and my hand nearly went to the cake version- smooth 😉 The big present is a beautiful square canvas print. It’s a montage of photos of me and all my favourite girlies, I love it so much! It’s also the perfect size for the mini gallery wall I’m planning in my new room. The other is a box of yellow- a tin of vaseline, lemon raisins, dried pineabbles, Tunnocks teacakes, tea bags, face wash, a mini mirror and a candle. SO MUCH YELLOW ❤ ❤ ^^

^^Hayls walking us through the mornings antics! She brought fruit, pastries, pancakes and smoothies- so tasty! She also got me this game called Banangram- it’s sort of like Scrabble… it is so much fun and I’m pretty sure it’s going to take up a lot of my time over the next few weeks 😉 ^^DSC_0227 DSC_0231

^^I got this tee in Primark the other day and literally haven’t stopped wearing this outfit! It’s the perfect spring look as there’s still a bit of a chill in Glasgow! My camera bag is Copper River Bags!^^

^^There were so many little ones at the museum so I joined in the silliness- if you can’t beat ’em… ^^
DSC_0243It was such a fun time! I miss this girly when she’s not around but it’s always so great when she comes to visit! I was spoilt rotten the whole time and we had loads of giggles. Scott and I are spending an evening with his family tonight and we’re heading home tomorrow night to see my family. I miss them so much but our birthdays fall together so along with Easter, this weekend is going to be pretty special and full of celebrations!

Thanks, Hayls, you’re the best ❤
