Making cornflake-coconut-syrup topping (for Butterscotch Angel Delight)

1. Follow the instructions  for making the Angel Delight on the back of the packet (simple, right?)

2. Melt a knob of butter in a pan on low heat, then add a couple of handfuls of cornflakes. Add a tablespoon of golden syrup and stir. Turn off the heat, add a sprinkling of dessicated coconut and stir again.

3. Dish your ‘fluff’ into individual bowls and add topping on each, then put in the fridge to chill until you’re ready to eat them!

If, however, you’re like, you may just choose to throw it all in one large bowl, add one big wooden spoon and it it straight away! It’s the perfect Sunday afternoon treat- trust me! YUM!
