ITALY. What I Wore: summer dress

The weather in Italy was simply beautiful, especially on the day we went visiting hilltop town Monteriggoni. It was a beautiful little walled town which I’d found on line with my brother. Our expectations were high, but it was such a beautiful place, there were no disappointments! This outfit was easy, light and comfortable, as well as super pretty!

Dress: JOY    Shoes: RED HERRING @ DEBENHAMS    Sunglasses: TOPSHOP      Bag: Vintage

The shape of the dress is beautiful and I’m a big fan of the material. It’s a very cute pattern! I bought it with birthday money and shortly after found myself struggling to find ways to style it. It wasn’t warm enough to wear without tights,   but didn’t look right with them! Now I’ve worn it a few times and realise it’s such a beauty, it needs little accesorising anyway! Sadly, that means I have to wait to wear it on those occasional hot days here in Scotland, but I think it’s worth it 😉
